• Orders placed after cut-off time or on weekends will be processed the next business day
• Special orders and backordered items may require additional processing time

1.3 Shipping Methods and Timeframes

• Standard Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: Next business day (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Shipping times begin from the date of shipment, not order placement
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

1.4 Shipping Restrictions

• We ship to all 50 United States and Canada
• P.O. Boxes accepted for standard shipping only
• Some oversized or hazardous items may have shipping restrictions
• Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses

1.5 Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
• Free shipping promotions apply to standard ground shipping only
• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified

2. BACKORDER POLICY

2.1 Backorder Definition
Items showing "Backorder" or displaying future estimated ship dates are currently out of stock and will be shipped when inventory becomes available.

2.2 Backorder Processing

• Payment: You will be charged when the order is placed, regardless of backorder status
• Partial Orders: Available items will ship immediately; backordered items will ship when available
• Updates: We will provide email updates regarding estimated ship dates
• Cancellation: Backordered items may be cancelled at any time before shipment for a full refund

2.3 International Backorders
For international orders containing backordered items:

• Payment is collected when the order is placed
• Items will ship when all products in the order become available
• No partial shipments for international orders unless specifically requested

3. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

3.1 Return Timeframe

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• Items must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving the RMA number, or the return authorization expires

3.2 Return Requirements
Items must be:

• Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• Free from any signs of wear, modification, or attempted installation
• Accompanied by original purchase receipt or order number

3.3 Return Process

1. Contact customer service to obtain an RMA number
2. Package items securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
3. Ship items to our returns warehouse (address provided with RMA)
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or misshipped

3.4 Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• A restocking fee of 5-20% may apply depending on item condition, packaging, and time elapsed since delivery

3.5 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return, exchange, or cancellation once ordered:

• Electrical components (sensors, ECUs, modules, wiring harnesses) if opened or connected
• Coilovers, suspension kits, and any product showing signs of installation or test-fitting
• Turbochargers, superchargers, and engine internals
• Custom, made-to-order, or special-order parts
• Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
• Opened fluids, filters, gaskets, or wear items
• Parts without original packaging, labels, or hardware
• Clearance, closeout, and final-sale items (marked as such at checkout)

3.6 Core Returns
Some products are sold with a core charge (a refundable deposit on a returnable used part):

• Core charges are refunded when an acceptable, rebuildable core is returned
• Cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase; this deadline is independent of and not extended by the general return window in Section 3.1
• Unacceptable or non-rebuildable cores result in forfeiture of the core charge

4. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

4.1 Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 United States, including:

• APO/FPO military addresses
• US Territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam)
• Additional shipping charges and extended delivery times may apply

4.2 International Shipping
Limited international shipping to Canada:

• Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility
• Delivery times extended due to customs processing
• Some items restricted from international shipment

4.3 Restricted Items by Location

• California residents: Some emissions-related parts may be restricted per CARB regulations
• Racing use items: Some products are for off-road or competition use only, as specified on the individual product listing
• Hazardous materials: Shipping restrictions apply to batteries, fluids, and chemical products

5. WARRANTIES

• All warranties are provided by the parts manufacturer, not by us
• Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product

Products sold for racing or competition use are subject to additional disclaimers:

• No warranties for racing applications
• Customer assumes all risks of competitive use
