Overview

At Fueled Motorsports, we want your parts to arrive fast, safely, and exactly as ordered. Because we source all products through Turn 14 Distribution, orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from Turn 14's warehouse network — not from our own location. This allows us to offer broad inventory and competitive shipping coverage across the contiguous United States.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • International destinations

How Orders Are Fulfilled

All orders are fulfilled and shipped through Turn 14 Distribution's warehouse network. Fueled Motorsports does not ship products from our own location. Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is transmitted to Turn 14 Distribution for picking, packing, and shipment.

Because of this, please keep the following in mind:

  • Multiple shipments are possible. If you order items from different warehouses or brands, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

  • Multiple tracking numbers may be issued for a single order.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and transmitted to Turn 14 Distribution within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, subject to product availability. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your estimated delivery window begins once the order has shipped, not when it was placed.


Shipping Carriers

Turn 14 Distribution ships via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers depending on product size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is made at Turn 14's discretion based on the most efficient option for your order.

For oversized or heavy items (such as bumpers, roll cages, large suspension kits, or full exhaust systems), shipment may be made via freight (LTL). Freight deliveries may require a signature and advance scheduling with the freight carrier.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates vary by product availability, warehouse location, and your delivery address. Typical transit times after shipment are:

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Fueled Motorsports is not responsible for carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping promotions, when available, will be noted on the Site and applied automatically at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use these to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website (UPS.com, FedEx.com, etc.).

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@fueledmotorsports.com.


Title Transfer & Risk of Loss

All orders ship FOB (Free on Board) Origin, meaning legal title and risk of loss transfer to the customer at the point of shipment from Turn 14 Distribution's warehouse. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Fueled Motorsports's direct liability for loss or damage in transit is limited. However, we are committed to helping you resolve any shipping issues as quickly and fairly as possible.


Damaged Shipments

We know receiving a damaged order is frustrating, and we are here to help. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard any packaging. Retain all original boxes, foam inserts, bubble wrap, and packing materials — the carrier may need to inspect them.

  2. Take photos immediately of the damaged item(s) and all packaging, including the shipping label.

  3. Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@fueledmotorsports.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and your photos.

We will work directly with Turn 14 Distribution's claims process on your behalf to pursue a resolution. Damage claims reported after 24 hours of confirmed delivery, or where packaging has been discarded, may not be eligible for carrier claims.


Lost Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, your building's mail area, or any secondary delivery locations.

  2. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly before physical delivery.

  3. If the package still has not arrived after 24 hours, contact us at support@fueledmotorsports.com with your order number.

We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that investigation timelines are determined by the carrier and can take 5–10 business days.


Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of a shipment without prior authorization from Fueled Motorsports, the following applies:

  • The package will be returned to Turn 14 Distribution at the customer's expense.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

  • Refused shipments on Special Order items will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances, as Special Order items are non-returnable (see our Return & Refund Policy).


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Fueled Motorsports is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you need to correct a shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@fueledmotorsports.com. Address corrections may not be possible once an order has been picked up by the carrier.


Freight & Oversized Items

Some large or heavy products (including but not limited to full bumpers, roll cages, complete suspension kits, large intakes, and full exhaust systems) may ship via freight carrier (LTL). For freight shipments:

  • A valid phone number is required at checkout so the freight carrier can schedule delivery.

  • Freight deliveries are typically curbside — the carrier will deliver to the curb or driveway, not inside your home or garage.

  • You may be required to inspect and sign for the shipment at delivery.

  • Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. Signing without noting damage may limit your ability to file a damage claim.
