ICON 24 Tacoma 1.25-3in Stage 6 Suspension System Billet With Triple Rate Spring

ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road. This Stage 6 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks featuring CDEV equipped remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input. These coilovers are also height adjustable from 1.25-3” of front lift height over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The front differential drop brackets and ICON’s specifically designed coilover lengths maximizes the available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind. Additionally, polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to help limit differential movement under load.

• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and movement of vehicle chassis along with user defined settings to actively make near instantaneous compression damping changes
• ICON's CDE Valve technology allows for in vehicle adjustment of compression damping settings and active adjustment via the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC)
• Front differential drop provides better maximum operating angle for CV joints and maximizes available wheel travel on 4WD models
• 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with 7/8" shafts provide increased performance and balanced tune with coilovers
• 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs for superior damping and vehicle control along with improved shock cooling
• Billet aluminum UCAs for added strength, durability, and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment for optimum drivability
• UCAs feature the patented (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) Delta Joint Pro with 90 degrees of total articulation
• Triple rate rear coil springs improve performance and ride quality while providing .5" of rear lift
• Corrosion resistant CAD plated coilover shock bodies with 7/8" shafts
• FK Rod End bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection
• Adjustable coilovers provide 1.25-3" front lift height over stock
• Increased wheel travel and improved ride quality over stock
• 6061 aircraft grade aluminum CNC machined components
• ICON engineered front and rear coil springs
